Town Green District service area
The Town Green Special Services District was voted into existence in 1996 and began operations in 1997. The District is located in the middle of Downtown New Haven and are comprised of approximately 27 square blocks. Our offices are located at 900 Chapel Street on the first and sixth floor. The blue parcels represent taxable property and the green parcels represent tax-exempt properties.
